In my radio show interview last week, Byron Katie took me into a direct experience of her turnaround process. She worked with some tension I was struggling with around a business mistake. Katie guided me to see through the belief that was holding me stuck and I have to say I felt remarkably free from doing this work with her. We also talked of particular applications of this work for high achievers and in the context of team alignment issues.

Jim Kochalka touched me quite deeply on last week’s show. He evoked the experience of being a confidant in such simple and clear terms. He shared his perspective on how business leaders are facing the ambiguity of the times, offered guidance on how to reflect for others what might be hard for them to see for themselves and how to facilitate teams through difficult conversations.
